I've been going to this beauty along for about two years now and I absolutely love it. The salon doesn't use harsh relaxers. Instead she uses relaxers that are healthier for the hair, so that your hair is still left with a lot of volume/ body, but that's just my experience with my hair texture I'm on the 4b side.
