Brain and Aiden did an excellent job installing my gas fireplace insert today. It looks stunning! They made quick work of installing the insert then patiently shifted the mantle up and down so I could pick my preferred height, taught me how to use the remote, answered all my questions and then cleaned up before the left.
Jen in the office was a pleasure to work with as well as Kirk. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VONDERHAAR.
Great experience start to finish. Jen in the showroom was extremely helpful to Colins initial visit and then final installation were everything a homeowner would want from a business and their employees. Keep it up and this business will be around a very long time and prosper. Thanks again
Brian is the GOAT of pellet stoves! He was able to detect the problems and repair my old pellet stove when no one else could or would. He and Aiden are super knowledgeable, kind, professional and tidy. So beyond grateful. Peace of mind for sure. They'll be back when I upgrade to a new model!!! I trust no other. Price was fantastic.
