Victor's does a beautiful job on the roofs but their customer service is sub par. Once the job is done they drop you like a hot potato!! They don't return your calls. They are rude when you do reach a person. It's impossible to get a call back from anyone. The lack of follow up and horrible customer service is what is lacking in this company!!!
