The problem was foreign material in the charging port. They took care of it at no cost. That was totally satisfactory, of course.
I thought their internal and external (I.e., with me the customer) could have been better. I suspect an over reliance on technology was the cause.
Repaired my phone quickly and for a fair, low price. Devon was courteous and knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with. I would visit this location and use their services again if needed.
I went in with a broken touchscreen on my Google Pixel 5. They had a Google-branded replacement for my Pixel 5 and changed it out within 2 and a half hours. They were amazing and provided excellent service and communication. I would recommend this store to anyone having any issues with technology.
