They were great from the time of the quote to the time they were finished cutting my big Oak tree. The price is very fair, and they were professional and courteous. I will use them again in the future.
Requested a quote for cabling (hopefully) or removal of an ~80+' oak tree that was cracking down the crotch of a Y in the trunk and was threatening an adjacent house. Tree Images came out within two days (during which time the crack grew noticeably larger) and concluded the split was too severe and could not be cabled. a crew arrived in the am two days later, felled, removed and cleaned up the entire tree without damage to adjacent trees, house or lawn. I'm very happy with this service.

Not an easy job, I was concerned.
They took it in stride and navigated it all with no hesitation.

Being in construction trade, I was more than impressed with their skills, not often do we come across tradesmen that take care, pride and enjoy what they do.
I will be calling them back for more and am not at all hesitant in recommending.
