Shout out to Chris! We have a very old Stannah brand chair lift. I called 5 or 6 different companies around the city, even the company Stannah said to call and nobody would come out to fix it, except for transitions lift + elevator!
Turns out all that was wrong was the emergency brake had engaged, due to low batteries. Chris was very nice and called someone at Stannah and together they figured it out!

Bethany at the Transitions Lift office was a true helper making it easy for me since my fall September 12th when I fell moving into my daughters home in Rising Sun, Indiana. My lift chair was installed by Thomas, Oct. 5th and it’s a dream. The Bruno chair lift is quiet and made very well. I am so very happy that I now can go up and down the steps without a problem. Thank you Transitions Lift, I love my new lift chair. I give you an A+.

I checked out five sellers before choosing Transitions. Transitions were very reasonable, listened to me about the what we needed, stayed within budget, answered phone calls and emails, did a thorough job of installing, and made it all happen within a week. Highly recommended!Follow up - after lots of use, we needed maintenance service. They were efficient, courteous, and gave us advice for keeping our lift running better for longer.
