I have taken the Bodywork for PTSD Level 1 & 2 classes over the past year, and they were great. Matt is a thoughtful, compassionate teacher, and he has an enthusiastic vision for how this work of trauma-informed bodywork can change lives. One can't help but leave his class feeling inspired and changed by the experience.
