The last couple times I’ve been, they are not putting towels down. They work on the nails and the files leave all the nail dust on the marble countertop and I’m putting my wrist down in it, and it’s gritty and seems gross. I don’t know if you’re trying to save on washing the towels but they are a necessity. The woman I had today was rough, almost jerking the arm. She gabbed non stop to her co worker to the point I didn’t think she took a breath and it was not a relaxing spa type environment you hope for. Sorry this is negative but that’s how I felt.
Had a set of gorgeous acrylics done by a super talented lady here, wish I’d gotten her name!! Good conversation, lovely service and the girl at the desk was super nice and helpful. Found my new nail spot!
This is definitely the best place to go for a mani pedi. Every time I go somewhere else I end up regretting it. The service here is great and I don't know what it is about their products but they just seem to be better. My gel manicures seem to last much longer where at other places they start chipping off within a week. I think I've learned my lesson about trying other places. It's top nails for me all the way.
