Got a couples massage and it was amazing. I had Lydia and my boyfriend had Emily. They were both wonderful. The spa itself is great. Easy parking in the garage in the back. A complimentary mimosa in the quiet room before our massages and another mimosa in the quiet room afterwards really let us get into the right mindset and properly unwind and enjoy the experience. Will definitely be back!
If I could give this place 10 Stars I would! This was my first coming to the Woodhouse spa, and the customer service was outstanding! The warm robes that make you feel like you’re in heaven as soon as you put them on. Me personally I had a massage from Sophia, excuse me if I’m spelling her name wrong. Her customer service was through the roof! Her hands were so soft it was unbelievable. They have complimentary mimosa as well for afterwards. You really have to go see for yourself how amazing this place is!
Sophia did amazing taking care of the spots that needed more focus without rushing the entire experience! The calming room was a little busy/ full at one point but was quickly cleared out when people were called for their service or they finished their beverages.
