I JUST left my appointment, first time I've been here too! I will never go to another waxing place again!! I was a little nervous at first because I haven't done sugaring before and i have sensitive skin, but the whole experience was phenomenal. Taylor was my waxer and she was so sweet, nice and knowledgeable, explained everything really well and made me feel super comfortable and was very thorough (which i really appreciate). Other places used soft/hard wax and the strips, very hot and painful and it would make me bleed and they would leave wax behind with no option to clean up, this place is the complete opposite, not hot, not too painful, no bleeding and she cleaned...read full review

The technician Taylor was friendly, knowledgeable and talented. My eyebrows look fabulous! The receptionist was welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere at the salon was relaxed yet professional. I highly recommend the eyebrow service!

Emma was absolutely wonderful. After going to EWC for my first couple of sessions, i decided to switch it up & try a more natural route. I found this was the ONLY place in Cincinnati(or close to me) that does sugaring & booked immediately. She took me in 20 minutes before my appointment & did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the results! Paid so much attention to getting absolutely everything she could & made me feel very comfortable the entire time! She took her time & although it look longer than EWC, i really appreciated feeling like she cared enough & more to make sure i was happy with the end result. Thank you Emma!
