Wendy was so kind and helpful with plants, going out of her way two times helping a customer. Janet the cashier was so sweet and kind. The management team, including Will, has worked really hard on the details to make sure larger than normal orders were filled and delivered expeditiously. Brittany, with IT as her specialty, and Fran, a Pro-Desk rep, put in hard work and extra effort. The store has always been great.
No complaints. I have always made big purchases online and had zero issues getting deliveries from this location and installation. Also their staff goes out of their way to help u load material. They always seem to have what I need. But I did find that on many items their online website has a better selection.
My experience at Home Depot was five stars! I had a hard time finding someone in the key department to help make a key. After waiting and looking for assistance, I asked the ladies at checkout for help.
Amanda came right over and made my keys for me. She was very apologetic about the wait time and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Her willingness to step in and help made a frustrating situation much better.
