The facility is very clean. People are friendly. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, encouraging. I really appreciate the 20 minute timeframe for the workout. Groups turnover in a timely manner so there’s no waiting. Results come quickly and last! I’m very happy with this facility.
My total experience with The Exercise Coach Hyde Park, OH is everything amazing, fun, and physically challenging in a very good way. Prior to joining I had physical goals that to me were almost impossible to achieve. I was first skeptical if circuit training could even render the results I've been wanting particularly since training sessions are only required for 20 minutes/twice a week, however it's obvious to me and people that have watched me transition in the past seven months that I am in better physical form. Kudos to my trainers: Henry, Kaycie and Rachel for providing me the encouragement to be consistency and the push to help me reach my goals.
It's a small, pleasant studio with the most high-tech (truly medical grade) equipment I've ever seen. Even more important, the trainers are very knowledgeable about the muscles, routines and the machines and how they work. Safety is always first, and the coaches understand motivation and have answered so many questions for me--from advice on gaining consistency in movement to what to do on the days I'm not in the studio. I'd recommend this system to anyone. BTW, I'm a 68-yr. old female, so elder friends, just know that this is a step BEYOND physical therapy where we can really get stronger and develop better balance and stamina.
