Julena did an amazing job grooming Navy Beau. I’m very satisfied with the service from start to finish. She was professional, gentle, and clearly cares about animals. My pet looked great and was comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Julena to anyone looking for a reliable groomer.
My dog Charlie loves going here! He gets to play all day long and the service here is incredible. Everyone knows my dog and his unique personality. They are so friendly and helpful and I keep upgrading my membership! Makes my busy work day so much easier when he can come home after playing with all his friends!
He started coming as a puppy and I was a little worried he'd get bullied by the bigger dogs, but I watched the cameras and saw how all the dogs are closely monitored and someone is always around them to keep an eye on them and give them a little human attention too.
We took our two poodles for the first time to The Dog Stop today for grooming. We first went and were given a great tour by Sarah. She was so friendly and kind and showed us all that they offered. When our dogs went today, we were greeted warmly and the dogs seemed happy to be there. The groomer was excellent and knowledgable and kind. She did a great job with our dogs! I highly recommend. We will be back!
