    The Cincinnati Trainer, LLC offers a unique form of exercise called Boxercise, which combines elements of boxing and cardio training for a fun and effective workout. Led by experienced trainers like Zach, the sessions are designed for all ages and fitness levels, providing a challenging and motivating experience. Zach is a fantastic instructor; he is kind, encouraging, and patient. He does an amazing job with boxing techniques and physical fitness. It is a perfect mix of challenging and fun, great for everyone, families, youth, individuals, and groups. This superb program is exciting for kids and perfect for all skill levels.

Boxercise is a safe, effective and fun form of exercise designed to help you lose weight and build confidence. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability, these exercises include crossfit-like routines mixed with the fundamentals of boxing techniques on a low- to- high-intensity level for group and personal training. Boxercise focuses on cardio with intense combination punching, but ties in agility for quick reaction, hand- and- eye-coordination for faster response, balance, strength, flexibility, mental focus, timing, self-confidence.
