I am giving two stars because while the place did a nice job, they did lose one of my blazers for work that was from Ann Taylor (which is not cheap) and showed no concern nor did they offer any support. Additionally, I felt their communication was lacking. I was told they would give me a call when my dry cleaning was ready for pickup which never happened. I had to call and ask if my dry cleaning was done a week after they told me it should be ready for pickup. They also did not tell me that only half of my order was ready. So I had to go back again to pick up the rest of my items. Overall, it was a fine experience but there could be better customer service and communication.

I have been using a small and very good dry cleaning service in Blue Ash. I wanted to try Sunshine Cleaners, our relatively new neighborhood cleaner in Madeira. While the person who took my blazer to be cleaned was very friendly and polite, the cleaning job was not done as expected. I made it very clear where my blazer had 3 very small spots that needed to be removed. The timing requirements were met but the quality expectations were not. The spots were exactly as when I left the jacket at Sunshine Cleaners. I met their cost requirements but Sunshine Cleaners did not deliver my dry cleaning expectations.

My dry cleaning came back sufficiently cleaned, but they way overcharged. And they did not make their prices clear until payment was due. I was also promised a newcomer discount of 15% off, but then they didn't give me any discounts. They were very nice people, and if I didn't care about throwing money at errands like this then maybe they would be great - but I'm not trying to pay $12 per shirt for cleaners.
