The only reason why I gave them a four is because when I called for a price, they Pricedme at 185 to 200 no more But when a technician got there, he quoted 275 But as far as the work was great

We had a small crisis - bedroom door locked with our new dog inside the bedroom! The key wouldn’t work either. We called and someone was here within the hour. The service was fast, responsive and ultimately successful. And the price was reasonable given the weekend and last minute urgency of the issue. Highly recommend.
