I gave these guys a drawing I made to wrap around the existing deck posts and extend up so I could attach sun sails to them. I sent the RFQ out to 3 companies. Spring Grove was very responsive to my request and asked questions to make sure they understood what I wanted. Gave me a quote within a day. I chased the other two companies to get their quote and, eventually, one of them responded (I never did hear from the other) Spring Grove's quote was about half of the other fabricator's quote and I gave them the order. About halfway through the process decided to get a quote for powder coating and they responded, again, very quickly. Picked up the posts today and... read full review
