Mr. Arthur J. Southard was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. It's been times he responded when I wasn't expecting him to respond. I can ask this man 100 questions through email, in person or over the phone and he's never seemed stressed or overwhelmed.
