We had a FANTASTIC move today with Smooth Move! The contrast between Smooth Move and the company we used just a year ago is staggering: Dominic and his team arrived on time, worked hard the whole time, and didn’t shrink from a single challenge. Importantly, the crew showed excellent technique AND camaraderie/rapport - even when things got tough. You could tell they are true professionals. I’m amazed and I hope this review convinces you that a local company like Smooth Move is deserving of your business - you will not be disappointed!
I cannot thank these gentleman enough for the great job they did moving me. Not only are they prompt, swift and kind. But they are diligent and organized. They organized my boxes and things and had my moving in place easier to navigate than it was before they came. They asked questions if needed to and I loved seeing the camaraderie between all 4 of them. Nothing was broken, they wrapped things that needed wrapping and moved quickly. Don’t bother looking elsewhere. The experience is in the name.
Spoke with Tony a few weeks before the move for an estimate and their availability. The moving crew showed up on time, and Tony was among them. They showed great care with handling furniture (example was wrapping up a dresser, such that the drawers would not slide out) and didn't see them bump into any wall at any time. The final bill was exactly what Tony said it would be for the duration of the move. I also want to point out that the crew was courteous the whole time, and it was a pleasure to have them help me with the move.
