After receiving an absurdly high quote from Help Plumbing Company for what they claimed was a full sewer line replacement, we called called Smithy's Plumbing LLC for a second opinion. The technician was honest, professional, and thoroughly assessed the situation. Plumber explained that our problem was actually a much smaller issue and fixed it on the spot for a fraction of the original quote. We are so grateful we didn't fall for Help Plumbing scam. Roto Rooter Plumbing camera inspection misled us to believe our sewer line was broken and needed a full replacement, citing scale and corrosion being the reason for the collapsed pipe. Roto Rooter gave us an estimate for $31,568.99 for a full replacement. We found Smithy's Plumbing LLC through Facebook for and on our fifth estimate. All the other plumbing outfits gave us outrageous estimates. The plumber AL was so professional and thorough. Very different from the four previous estimates.
