I stopped in after another salon completely messed up my haircut the previous week. Honestly, I expected this place to tell me nothing could be done. Instead, the stylist calmly explained how to reshape it over time and improved it more than I thought possible. She didn’t criticize the previous salon once, which I appreciated a lot.
