Steve B. replaced the water heaters in our house as well as our ADU. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable (he gave me all of the same advice that a licensed plumber did). I really appreciated the transparent and upfront pricing even though one of the water heater replacements ended up being more challenging than expected. Steve clearly communicated everything and did really professional work including updating valves and all necessary bracing and drainage!
We called Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair on a Monday, and received our new unit the next day. Toa and Marcus, who installed the new unit, were not only professional and personal, they went over and above to guarantee a smooth transition in a basement, that held our old unit – not the easiest location for installation, yet they made it seem flawless. They took time to answer all questions and their craftsmanship was second to none, never overlooking even the smallest of details. Five stars hands down!
My husband is very handy around the house and on the rare occasion we hire someone to do some work or install something, he typically complains about the shoddy workmanship (he is a perfectionist). When we had our water heater installed, he commented that the installation was very professional. We have been married 24 years and I think that’s the first time I’ve heard him say that… so kudos and plaudits to Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair— that’s quite a feather in your cap!
