Look no further. Especially if you have complex issues, such as a connective tissue disorder. Alec is a wizard and had me good as new after a crooked start to my week. A must-have for your wellness regimen.

Shift Wellness is a fee for service office. We do not bill or accept any type of insurance(including auto). I am a West coast expat brought here by my boomerang spouse. I love downtown and saw a need for a chiropractor in the neighborhood. In March 2013 I opened Shift Wellness with a focus on Wellness, Movement, Lifestyle changes and of course Chiropractic.
