Pilates is amazing and Shellates Studio is the best place to go for it. With 4-5 people per class, the instructors are able to give individual attention to each participant. Friendly vibes and beautiful studio.

Shelley (the owner) and all of the instructors truly care about their clients. They listen and modify moves if needed so each person’s unique needs are met. I went from being a first-timer to being a 3x a week practitioner within a month. I can’t say enough good things about Shellates!

This studio has helped me gain strength, balance, confidence, and agility. It’s a small studio with very personalized training and care! Anyone. Any age. Any size. Any skill level. You can do this workout and you are welcome at Shellates! Shelley, the owner, truly cares about her clients and is a great motivator! I know that Pilates reformer is going to serve me for the long haul and that’s what I’m in it for. Both a doctor and a PT recommended this form of exercise and it’s been such a blessing.
