I walked into the office the receptionist sitting the closest to the door spoke. The receptionist sitting facing the doctor's offices spoke. The receptionist sitting next to the receptionist by the door did not. I signed in, clearly visible to the receptionist that did speak. She still didn't speak. I sit down and a young lady walks in. The receptionist that didn't speak or acknowledge me said to the young lady I can help you right here. I said excuse me didn't you see me. Because your coworkers did. I was a little skeptical due to the reviews however my check in time was excellent. I was taken back for vital signs within five minutes and did not have to wait long for Dr. Sabin. I found her very personable and she addressed all of my concerns. I did not find her condescending like previous review stated.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff is very nice and welcoming. I see Dr. Stovall and she is literally one of a kind. These appointments aren't my favorite to go to, however she makes sure you are comfortable and has normal conversations with you prior to your exam. She is amazing and I would recommend her and her staff 1000x's.
