Primary mower stopped working mid mow. My secondary mower was on borrowed time with multiple issues and maybe it’s last mow. Heading out on vacation and wanted to make sure i had a reliable working mower for when I return. I dropped off both mowers on a very busy day, but they agreed to take them in and fix them. I wasn’t expecting to get the mowers back so soon, but both mowers were fixed within a day…very fast turn around. Did a quick test there at the shop and a true test here at home…all issues are fixed and I again have 2 reliable mowers. I take my parents lawn mower this morning and spoke with Mrs. Janice. I explained i was heading back home on Monday and needed to get it repaired before leaving town for my parents. Mrs. Janice went above and beyond and fix the mower on the spot. Mrs. Janice Rocks. I highly recommend Sess Boys Service excellent customer service! Thank you again Mrs. Janice!
Had my Troy Bilt riding mower picked up and serviced. The guys there did a fantastic job and had it back in a week. Price was way below what I expected. Mower runs like it's new, and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.
