We received bids from window and door companies to replace our wooden front door and the sidelights and half-moon window above as one unit—for more than $16,000 when all we wanted was our original door brought back to life. We were fortunate to find Scott, a true craftsman, who put in a temporary door while he refinished our door in his shop. The result was stunningly beautiful—and we preserved our wooden door. We can’t recommend him enough! He does fantastic work for a fair price when you consider his talent and the time-intensive process of refinishing an exterior door against the elements.
