Dan does a very thorough inspection while offering advice and solutions (not just listing issues/defects). He is more than willing to talk though any and all items, with his vast knowledge of building standards this is priceless. I would 100% hire Dan in the future.
Very detailed explanations to what he saw while he inspected the condo. In detail every step. He informed me the plumbing,electric and structural view from his eyes being a educated in the building business.
Dan inspected our new build. He was incredible and thorough. Not only did he do the inspection, he even took time to make sure we knew about proper maintenance of the systems in the home. Since it’s our first home we can’t thank him enough for that. We will absolutely use him again in the future.
