Shay is absolutely amazing. I am still fairly new to the Cincinnati area and hadn't had any luck finding and good hair stylist. I was lucky enough today to find a great one, who actually listens to her client and makes suggestions that suit you. 100% recommend Shay at Salon Shay. Thank you Shay for one of the best experiences I have had at a salon.
Didn't get my hair cut by her. But she's an angel. The other stylist didn't show up for my appointment and she tried hard to fit me in with her own clients. Amazing customer service for someone who wasn't even her customer.
