A/C went out during this dreadful heatwave, noticed at 11am on a Friday (7/25), the day before we were hosting a family reunion. The house had gotten up to 84˚. Called Sacko Air and Levon said he would be out between 3-5 that day to have a look. Showed up at 4:30 and got the system running. Also, took the added time to do a tune-up of the system. I'm sure he was and has been super busy, but I really appreciated that we got such a quick response. Great guy, great service, great company!
These guys went above and beyond during a very hot week and stayed until the job was finished. They were also very friendly and cleaned up the areas they used. Special thanks to Levon for working with our electrical issues. Great experience!
I’m a little late to writing a review but here goes. My furnace took a dump on me this past winter, along with my refrigerator. It was on a Sunday night and I text the owner to see if he could squeeze me in the next day. He came out to my house that night to find out what the issue was and got me on the right track for the long term fix, which was to replace the 25 year old existing furnace. No sugar coating or upselling involved here. Just FACTS and his recommendation. I had a new furnace installed that week, which ultimately lowered my energy expenses and gave me peace of mind for the rest of the grueling winter.
