The need is there but the service is just not customer friendly. first, all the price components are not spelled upfront. They charge multiple times. This is a scam. Please DO NOT use this company. My clothes were lost, and I have emailed the company and specific employees and have not received any responses. I have not received a refund or been reimbursed for my lost clothes. I reported this issue to the Ohio Attorney General’s office.Service: Organic dry cleaning
