We've been seeing Dr. Costello for the last two years and she is wonderful! So sweet and patient. She always listens to every story my daughter has and I never feel rushed. If you're a new patient, I would highly recommend Dr. Costello!

Queen City Physicians is great! There are a lot of doctors so we never have any issues getting an appointment when my son is sick, and they have weekend hours too which is a plus. The nurses when you call the sick line listen to you, and hear you out, even when you’re calling about something minor. We’ve seen a lot of the doctors in the practice but primarily see Doctor Costello and she is amazing! She takes her time during your appointment, doesn’t rush you, is great with my son and very kind. I could not recommend her more!

We’ve seen all of the Drs but are regulars with Dr Englehart. He listens to my concerns, has never blown me off, follows up and will call us if he’s promised us information or to follow up on my questions. My daughter had an undiagnosed bacterial infection day 3 home from the hospital and stopped breathing at our first check up with Dr Englehart. She’s fine now, by Gods grace. They were amazing that day, and have continued to provide excellent care. And, the nurses on the nurse line have patiently answered at least one million of my questions over the last six years. Highly recommend.
