Fair price, great system, excellent warranty and service agreement, techs were on time and well-spoken, install went smoothly except for a small hiccup with the mounting plate for the thermostat. All is well and warm on the coldest day of the year!
I reach out to Quality Comfort Home Services a couple of days ago to get an estimate for a new HVAC. Getting the appointment was very easy and the next day they sent Steve D. He was on time and friendly. I told him the situation that my furnace seems struggling to blow some heat. He looked at the furnace and told me about the problem and gave me some figures but he said I don’t need replacement unit because it’s only 5 yrs old but needed some repairs done to get my furnace back in order. David showed up on time and was very nice. He completed the inspection and did not try to pressure me or scare me into buying anything unnecessary. He was very knowledgeable about the inspection process and took the time to explain to me the condition of my furnace, what he saw and what it means. I’m an engineer so I like to ask a lot of questions 🫣 overall it was a great experience and will be scheduling them for my spring tune up.
