PoleKittens Fitness is a welcoming, judgment-free zone where anyone can explore pole dancing. It is described as a sexy, fun time, perfect for individuals or groups. The classes provide an excellent introduction to pole, focusing on having fun, exploring your sexy, and laughing at mistakes. Each session allows you to learn a new skill, culminating in a whole sexy routine by the end of a series. The environment is supportive of all shapes and sizes, helping to build confidence alongside physical strength. The workouts are challenging but fun, driven by charming yet demanding instructors who push you to your peak. Classes involve warm-ups, spins, slides, lifts, and conditioning, all with an emphasis on keeping the movements sexy. It is a place where you can fall on your butt with a sense of humor, as everyone feels equally awkward. The atmosphere encourages you to get dolled up, throw yourself into the role, and claim a pole front and center. You leave sweaty but having had an amazing time, never dreading the workout. It is a breathtaking, addictive experience that transforms both body and attitude.
Okay, I can't post my photos here, but ladies...coming from a Level I PoleKitten, THIS is the class you want to take. Talk about a sexy, fun time either by yourself or with a group. It doesn't matter! I signed up solo just to check it out, and by the end of the first class had made a new friend that stuck with me through the end. If you have ever wanted to try pole dancing, this is absolutely one of the best introductions I can imagine you experiencing. Talk about a judgment-free zone where you can just have fun, explore your sexy, and laugh at your mistakes! You go home every class having learned a new skill to test out, and by the end of the series, you've got a whole sexy routine that'll stop a man dead in his tracks and make him empty his wallet. The classes come with a pair of shoes (never got mine, sadly, because they didn't have my size), and if you're lucky you can sit and watch one of the advanced classes (I.e. professional dancers). I saw a girl climb a pole to the top of the room, touch the ceiling, and slide down like an angel. It was breathtaking. It truly doesn't matter how big or small you are, it's all about your attitude. If you WANT to do it, you 100% can. The last class we were encouraged to get all dolled up for our final performance and pictures, but to tell you the truth, if I had it to do all over again I'd just dress like a stripper for EVERY CLASS and throw myself into the role without holding back. Run...don't walk...in your stripper heels no less...to sign up for a class or two. Solo or with some friends, you can't go wrong. And don't hang out at the back of the room. Claim a pole front and center, and just GET INTO IT!
Are you looking to find your sexy?Whelp, I've been working out here for around 2 years now. And like, I'm bitter. Cause she makes me work out. Like. First, we start with doing some warm ups, which I whine about, while she kicks my butt. Then, I do some spins, where I'm politely reminded that if I'm going to fall on my derriere with a loud kerplop, the least I could do is make it sexy. Then I'm driven to slide and lift my body weight up and down a pole. Followed by an adorable moment where I string it altogether and try to keep it sexy, while I feel like a pompous poodle wearing short-shorts, before I do some sexy somersaults. Then, once I'm sexy, and cute, by which I mean sweaty and flopped onto the floor, it's time for conditioning, where in, I politely wait for whichever region of my body we've elected to work on today to lose all sense of feeling. Which never quite happens. Then we close with some pleasant yoga stretches, which often make you moan like you've just had an exciting sexual encounter because I get to stretch out my arms.Is it fun? Yes. Should you do it? Sure. Is the teacher here the kind of sadistic but charming coach that will drive you to the pique of what you think you can do and then smile and congratulate you? Yep. Should you perhaps be a little sadistic with your workouts for this to be a good fit for you? I mean, you do you boo. Advice: Fall on your butt. It's fun. I promise. Go to a class, everyone there is gonna feel equally awkward as they fall on their butt. You gotta have a sense of humor about it. Lastly, have fun. Life's too short too do a work out you hate every day. Pick one like this one where I never wake up thinking, waaaahhh, I don't wanna work out today. I think, I wonder which part of me is gonna regret this tomorrow. Meh, that's tomorrow's problem.
I love Pole Kittens! I have been taking classes for a few months, I had zero experience prior to walking into the studio, but after one class I was hooked! V and Christina are fantastic instructors! They are welcoming to all shapes and sizes of ladies. I was nervous at first because of my weight and lack of strength, but the environment V has created is so supportive that all nerves have vanished! The change in my body is fun to watch but the change in my confidence feels amazing!
