Have been struggling to find the specialist I need so I was referred to here so I could get a referral for their doctors like they wanted set up an appointment waited all this time just to find out they won’t take my insurance. I have already been waiting years for the right specialist wait months to get the referral I need then a week before my appointment I get notified it will be self pay.

I mean I guess you can say I’m thankful I didn’t have to find a ride to drive all that way for nothing but then at the same time it could have solved a lot of issues by just telling me in the first place.

I highly suggest going somewhere where the doctors and employees actually care about you as a patient. This is NOT that place. No communication, is a pain to get them to do anything right, disorganized, and lacking any sort of empathy for you as a patient. I advise against seeing dr Khodadad unless you want your doctor to forget everything about you and eventually be stuck without a doctor. The state of current American healthcare is pretty sad, and people are suffering for it. Do better please. Much better

Made an appointment weeks ago over the phone. I come in the day of the appointment and they tell me that the doctor I made an appointment with is not accepting new patients. I took a day off of work and drove 35 minutes for this appointment.
