Bart had an outstanding stay at PetSuites in Sharonville. As Bart left the building, the PetSuites staff told him goodbye, I don't think that he wanted to leave. Great job!

Morris LOVES going on vacation at PetSuites. They take very good care of him and if he has any issues, they keep us posted on how he is doing.
I 100% recommend!! Back in 2021, my apartment caught on fire. My poor cats (Oreo and Whiskers) were traumatized and I was living in a hotel for 3 weeks with my mom and stepdad trying to find places with hardly any luck. I brought the cats here while we were trying to find a place. They were good with updating me on if they were fighting or how they were doing and they took great care of them. When we finally found a place I came to pick them up and the staff were extremely friendly. My debit card wasn’t working to pay, and It took me awhile to be able to. I was stressed, traumatized, depressed, and worried all at once. They’re my ESA’s and I couldn’t lose them. The lady behind the desk sympathized with me and even tried seeing if there was anything she could do and another worker there came out and gave me $50 to help with my situation at the time. I wish I could remember their names but it brightened my day up so much so thank you, whoever you are ❤️ I hope they see this and just know I’ll always remember that act of kindness.
