Wow! What a wonderful experience. Not only did I leave there with the best cut I've ever had, but the atmosphere at Penny's is top notch. If you're not utterly pleased with whomever you go to now, I suggest giving Penny a visit. I'm definitely a new customer for life...

She is absolutely the BEST hairdresser in Cincinnati. My mom was a beautician who had passed away many years ago and I thought I would never find someone to cut my hair like my mother did. I am so thankful I found Penny she is so kind and really cares about her customers. My fine hair has never looked more glamorous and the vibe in her salon totally matches.

Penny has 30 years plus of experience and she flat knows and LOVES her craft. Highly recommend for any type cut, style or coloring. It has been a very long time since I have met a stylist who takes great pride in what they do and is actually terrific at it. I will be back and I look forward to her getting my hair back in the shape I have been looking to sport around.
