The wait is long and the waiting room is small and crowded. I do get my pain management taken care of and they do help me.Just know that they're not open on Friday and when you come into your appointment be prepared to wait
I went to the Westbourne location for a follow-up yesterday. I had a two-hour wait. The waiting room environment is anything but relaxing. Crowded, noisy and even, at times, smelly--as if some medical marijuana users had neglected to air out their clothing. Some patients had obnoxiously loud "musical" ring tones on their cell phones, and we were all treated to lots of loud cell phone talk that should have been private. One older woman scolded her (I presume) grandchildren at length for fighting with each other--on speaker! First visit today. Waiting room was small and crowded and very chaotic. Not a relaxing environment if you have a long wait to see the dr., and long waits are apparently common. Patients were using their cell phones in the waiting room which I thought was extremely rude and no one said anything to them. The wait time was long. I waited about an hour before I saw dr. Exam room was cold as a meat locker. I was confused about the need for images from my CT scan. I wouldn't have gone through all the trouble to get a CD of them if I'd known they weren't needed. Dr. Tayeb himself was very nice.
