This is customer service. Placed an online request and Gary called back. After talking a bit, he suggested calling Duke Energy because it sounded like it was their problem. He said Osterwisch could make a service call, tell us to call Duke, and would have to charge us for the visit. Great advice. I hung up and called Duke. They responded quickly, the line was fixed, and it was no charge!BTW, I reached out to another electrician first who was coming out to check and diagnose the issue. Called them back and canceled!
