Our first visit with Oak Crest Animal Hospital and I was very impressed. Dr. Rumping and staff were great with my very scared little dog. Dr. Rumping took time to explain everything and answer my questions. I'm very happy with my choice to give this practice a try.
Had a great first visit! I felt respected and very comfortable with care at this practice. More importantly, my cat was comfortable, too. Dr. Rumping, our tech today, and the front desk rep were very friendly. The appointment was efficient and the price was also great. I definitely recommend!
We’re a young couple with our first dog together, and Oak Crest Animal Hospital has been amazing. They always make us feel comfortable, never judged, and take the time to truly educate us rather than just rushing through appointments. You can tell they genuinely care about both pets and owners. Rome is always treated with so much patience and kindness, which means a lot to us as first-time dog parents handling a good boy with lots of energy. We’re really grateful for all their help and knowledge! It’s an added bonus Rome actually looks forward to visits to the vet!
