We absolutely love our new replacement windows from Nu-Vue Products! We researched many companies and Nu-Vue is the one we chose. They have an A+ BBB rating. Mr. McCracken, the owner and President of the company, patiently answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the Legacy window product line. The installation of our 19 windows was superb and expertly done by Charlie and his crew. They were really great and you could tell they took great pride in their work. What a pleasure to work with. I honestly can’t say enough about the communication from the company. As well as the professionalism of the installers. The door and windows I had replaced are from the early 90’s and the draft they let in was ridiculous. Now that I have new windows and doors I can already tell the difference.Thank you again Nuvue Products I can’t wait to work with you again in the future.
Excellent customer service Peter is amazing and on point from start to finish. Charlie and his son Joe were outstanding professionals, so helpful and knowledgeable, did an amazing job in a day and half. They went over and beyond with a few extras helping install an additional storm door. They were so personable and awesome to work with. We are extremely happy with our new windows and doors.
