The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. No hidden chargers. They arrived sooner than I was told. Driver Chris and his partner are very professional. I would recommend they to friends and family as well as use their service again.
My Cadillac ran out of gas, gas gage or sensor malfunctioned. They showed up within 20 minutes with maybe two gallons of gas and got me going again. They came fast, I don't know if it was customer service or just free moment, either way I had my one year old with me in a bad spot so I was happy. Maybe I'm out of touch $101 including a 15% tip seems high. Hopefully if there's a next time, I can use my AAA and safe to be able to wait.
A driver recently towed my beached car to Columbus and treated the vehicle as if it were their own. They asked a load of vital preliminary questions before loading my vehicle and called me with updates throughout the procedure.
