Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mandy, one of the kindest souls. I think we bonded pretty easily, she was the absolute sweetest. She did a phenomenal job on my Mani/pedi. I was absolutely thrilled with her eye for perfection and how gentle she is, I got a cute summer set with a watermelon and bright pink just a pop of glitter
Always clean and helpful. The pedicures have always been well done though a few technicians are sloooow. I didn't have a great experience with a gel manicure (didn't have colors I requested and the alternative was less than perfect, very thick and just not particularly well done). As with any nail salon it really depends on the technician.
Could’ve been better. Loved my nails, got black French tips, until I noticed my right hand is very lopsided and definitely does not match my left hand. Honestly felt like my nail tech was rushing me :(
