I feel that they book too many people in a certain amount of time. The seats were all filled. People were standing around. When you do get in to see the eye doctor he does spend the time he needs.
My appointment started on time and the office ladies were polite and efficient. It's been 5 years since my lady visit. They were very helpful. But the best part of the visit was Cary!! This guy is a rock star! Super helpful, great insights into purchasing the right eyeglasses for you. Outstanding customer service.
