The front desk on 1st visit was, let's just say, unfriendly. The Dr was great, the lady that helped me pick out glasses was great, wish I knew her name. I was supposed to get a text when ready...didn't hear anything so I called, was told the shipped and should be in the next day..Next day no call, no text so I called and was told they are in shipping should be in tomorrow (Friday)...waited till Saturday nothing! I called Monday and the person that answered put me on hold and came back and says, they're here, I ask when they came in because nobody noticed me and she says (in a nasty tone) I don't know! It's ok .. But when told to call you when glasses are ready and they don't you have to call them to see if your glasses are ready..Then you go get your glasses and they break them during your fitting 😞.. So now my husband is still waiting for his glasses..
Everyone here is extremely friendly and professional! Dr. Patel, Ruthe and Kim are amazing. I was super impressed with my service. I will be back! Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed!
