My optometry care is usually managed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. During the government shutdown recently, I needed my eyeglasses adjusted. The VA wouldn’t get me in. The spectacles were literally falling off my face. Regardless, I stopped in my neighborhood “myeyeDr.” located at Hyde Park Plaza. I explained my need and situation and they sat me immediately.
