We worked with Ray, who was recommended through a coworker. We were first time home-buyers, and Ray was nothing but friendly, thorough, and professional. He was very patient with all of our questions, and explained what he was looking for and why are all steps.While he is not officially certified for mold inspections, he did point out an area of "bio growth," which did in fact turn out to be mold, and we were able to negotiate with the sellers to remediate it before we purchased the house.He pointed out an active leak behind the washer and dryer, which we were also able to negotiate for a fix, in addition to some smaller problems that we decided to take care of ourselves...read full review
I had a great experience with Modern Living Home Services. Ray was professional and very knowledgeable. He was on time, explained the process to me, and did a thorough inspection that came with a very detailed report complete with recommendations. I highly recommend!
