Mindy has been by far the most helpful person I know. Me and my girlfriend we’re buying our first house when we went on Zillow and Mindy happened to be our shower unfortunately the first house didn’t work out, but we kept her as our realtor and she showed us a good number of houses in a very short amount of time and we ended up finding the perfect house for us we close very promptly. I was a nervous wreck going into the beginning of the process of selling our house. But after we were referred to Mindy Frye, my anxiety subsided each time I talked with her. She helped my husband and me through every step of the way and was very proactive, helpful, knowledgable, and understanding. She was professional, patient, energetic, and communicative.
