Very professional, shop was clean and put together. I was offered a beverage during my pedicure. Very attentive to my nails which are extremely short so I am grateful for that. I appreciate the friendliness during the service.
I just had a great pedicure at Miami Valley Nail Spa. Jenny was great! She didnt rush. her English is great. The thing I like the best is that I know she will be doing the work. At the big nail salons, their turnover rate is so high, you never know who you are getting.
She is in Salon Lofts in the Kings Mall shopping center. She has a nice little booth with a fingernail station and a nice pedicure station with a massage chair that actually works! It is just her. She takes appointments. It was so nice not Having so many people around and wondering if they are talking about you lol. I will never go into another nail chain again.
Jennie is so warm and welcoming and I’m very pleased with my pedicure. So many color options and she took great care to clarify exactly what I wanted. I’m looking forward to returning in the fall for a mani/pedi. Highly recommend!
