Mercy Health - Rookwood Primary Care

Every time I come, here I am treated with nothing but respect and kindness. I recently went to go get my blood work done with Loretta hands-down the most helpful healthcare worker I have ever experienced in my life. Loretta went above and beyond for me to make sure I felt heard in my requests were fulfilled. I have never been treated unfairly by any of the staff in this building. I have a great appreciation for everyone working. Loretta was amazing.

Went to this place just once during my short stay in Ohio. Dr K is just amazing. She is polite, have the best bedside manners and she even helped me when I moved away and couldn’t find any other doctor. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for the last 2 years My entire household seesDr.K she is absolutely amazing..The lady's at the front desk check-in.IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!I highly recommend this medical practice.. and Dr.KKayoski or how ever you spell it her name!!!?It's Dr. K to me!!!!
